The goals of this race are to promote exercise of mind and body and to raise money for the purchase of middle school literature for enrichment. Costumed readers line the race route relating inspirational pieces of literature to the walkers and runners. Participants receive a Readers Become Leaders T-shirt with a $12.00 donation. Prizes & raffle too!
