WPS Technology Assistance Protocol

Ensure you have first gone to your building's Technology Assistance Para Professional for help.  If you are unable to contact a Tech Para, then report the issue to your department or building administration.

All tech related issues must start here.

If the issue is not resolved by the Tech Para or administrator, then they will contact the Tech department (Teresa Vicente Griffin) to submit a trouble ticket.
