The Office of Curriculum and Instruction's primary role is to guide the schools to educate all students in an equitable manner through an organized program of instruction designed to meet the standards and achieve excellence in all areas of academics. To this end it provides leadership in the development of curriculum, instruction and assessment.

MassCore

The Massachusetts High School Core Program of Studies (MassCore) is intended to help our state's high school graduates arrive at college or the workplace well prepared.
